Volunteer Information

The Fifteenth Annual Graduate Research Forum will held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in the Student Union Pegasus Ballroom. We hope the UCF community will join us in making this event a huge success by becoming a judge or volunteer!

Judges are needed from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to provide valuable feedback to graduate students presenting in poster and oral format. Judges should be UCF instructors, faculty, postdoctoral associates, and other scholars with a terminal degree.

If you are interested in participating as a judge, please complete the judge registration form: www.students.graduate.ucf.edu/rfform/volunteer.cfm.

Staff and student volunteers from across campus are needed to help with event logistics, moderate oral presentations, serve as greeters, and more. Volunteers can sign up for hour time slots from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 3 and also indicate their interest in helping with other events during Research Week.

If you are interested in participating as an event volunteer, please complete the volunteer registration form: https://ucf.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_01e7tTQ7Pyqbelf
