Binding Vendors

As all UCF theses and dissertations are electronic (ETDs), no printed copies are ever required.

The binding of personal thesis or dissertation copies is at the student's discretion. Providing bound copies to committee members or departments is a courtesy, not a part of graduation requirements.

Students seeking binding services for personal copies of their thesis or dissertation are responsible for making their own bindery contacts and negotiating their own agreements, shipping arrangements and methods of payment. Also, since personal bound copies are optional, there is no special paper requirement, nor is a signed approval page necessary.

Prices listed do not include printing costs, shipping charges or sales tax; it is assumed that the student will provide his or her own printed copies to the binders.

  Prices begin at $24.95 per copy and include spine lettering (name, year, and degree). Front cover lettering costs an additional .65¢ per line (up to 30 characters), and binding takes approximately two weeks.
