Strategies for Graduate Students to Maximize Time Thursday, October 15, 2009 | 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Garden Key, Room 221AB Managing your use of time is a key to living a successful, productive, and happy life! This presentation will address specific time management strategies including planning, balancing activities, setting priorities, making a schedule to fit all that you have to do and want to do as a graduate student, and other useful tips for making the most of your time.
Strategies for Graduate Students to Manage Stress Thursday, November 5, 2009 | 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pensacola Board Room 222 The Counseling Center will offer an interactive presentation on stress management. The presentation will cover the definition, causes and signs of stress. Stress remedies will also be reviewed. Time will be allotted for questions and answers.

UCF Counseling Center presents Thesis and Dissertation Support Group Every Wednesday | 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Counseling Center Building 27 This group will offer a supportive environment for graduate students navigating through the thesis or dissertation process.
UCF Writing Center offers Improving Your Writing Skills Assistance Appointments preferred (407-823-2172) or drop in on a first come/first served basis. Trailer Mod 608 (behind Classroom 1 Building) This is a free service to registered graduate students.
