GTA Performance Assessments

Your faculty supervisor (the person mentoring you in the class that you are teaching or assisting with) is required to assess you each semester if you are a GTA using the GTA Performance Assessment Form. The completed assessment form must be shared with you and you should be given an opportunity to respond. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess your professional development as a GTA while under faculty supervision.
