Working with career services has truly been a rewarding experience. I believe the Office of Career Services is one of UCF’s greatest hidden assets. I would recommend all students who are preparing for the job search process to use the services. The staff members are warm, friendly and very professional. As a graduate student, I needed to revamp my curriculum vitae. Evelyn, who is one of the Career Counselors, met with me on several occasions and was very helpful. Thanks to her assistance and feedback I have created a glowing vitae that highlights my unique skills, work experience, and research interests.

W. Young
Doctoral Candidate

As a graduate student on the forefront on a new career, I appreciate the invaluable, specific advice and critique I received for my resume and during the mock interview. I am glad I visited Career Services for this free and very helpful provision that required little time but greatly assisted me in polishing my interviewing skills for potential employers.

S. Atwell
Master's Candidate

I attended a Career Services workshop on CV writing and then I made an appointment to meet with a Career Counselor. After meeting with Evelyn and making some of the revisions that she recommended, my CV is much stronger. My CV is more organized, easy to follow, and most importantly it is targeted to the positions that I am interested in.

J. Blandon
Doctoral Candidate, Physics
